Stork Club Rose Rye Whiskey is a unique and captivating German rye spirit that stands out with its distinct maturation process. Distilled from German rye grain, this whiskey is initially aged in new German oak casks, which imparts a classic rye spice and structure. Its signature character, however, comes from a secondary maturation in ex-German Pinot Noir casks, which are locally sourced. This finishing period introduces elegant, floral notes of rose, along with subtle hints of red fruit, balancing the peppery rye intensity. The result is a complex and highly approachable whiskey with a beautiful golden-rose hue.
