Bottled at 43% ABV, the Hibiki Harmony offers a vibrant amber color and opens with a delicate nose of rose, lychee, and rosemary. The palate is subtly sweet and expansive, featuring notes of honey, candied orange peel, and white chocolate. It finishes long, tender, and with a delicate hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak) spice.
