On the nose, it delivers inviting aromas of moist fruit cake soaked in sherry, complemented by hints of marzipan, candied orange peel, crushed almonds, and ginger. The palate reveals rich flavors of tarte tatin, pineapple, and maple syrup, leading to a finish of thick treacle cake and orange marmalade.
