This 12-year expression is known for its light, approachable, and mellow character, often described as a "gentle giant."
Matured primarily in a mix of European and American oak casks, it offers a beautifully balanced flavor profile. Expect bright notes of orchard fruit—such as apples and pears—balanced by hints of toasted cereal, vanilla, and a slight maritime saltiness. The whisky is often characterized by a creamy, dry finish.
