Togouchi Blended Whisky is an artisanal Japanese spirit with over 100 years of heritage, crafted by the Chugoku Jozo distillery. This unique expression is defined by its maturation process, which takes place in a disused railway tunnel???a unique environment that provides constant temperature and humidity, contributing significantly to its smooth character. Though the malt and grain whiskies are typically sourced from overseas and then blended and aged in Japan, the result is a beautifully harmonious spirit. On the palate, this blend is sweet and refined, often showcasing delicate notes of honey, mild spice, wheat, and walnut.
