Torabhaig Legacy Allt Gleann Single Malt Whisky is the second release in the Legacy Series, showcasing the distinct, measured peat smoke character of this innovative distillery on the Isle of Skye. Distilled from Concerto and Anchor malt and matured primarily in first-fill bourbon barrels (80%), this single malt is bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or coloring, resulting in a purer expression of the spirit. With a high spirit phenol level of 77ppm, it delivers a powerful coastal presence. Expect complex flavors that balance savory peat smoke and sea salt with softer notes of vanilla oak, apples, and sweet kiwi. The finish is long and briny, reflecting its harborside maturation.
