25ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Dry shake firmly

Fill the shaker with ice

Shake ingredients firmly

Fill glass with ice

Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
