1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Dry shake firmly

Fill the shaker with ice
step 4
Shake ingredients firmly

Fill glass with ice
step 6
Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass

Add lime wedge garnish and serve
