20ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
10ml Monin Sugar Syrup
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba

step 1 Add all ingredients to shaker
step 2 Dry shake firmly
step 3 Fill the shaker with ice
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Fill glass with ice
step 6 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7 Add lemon twist and cherry garnish and serve
