step 1 Fill shaker with ice
step 2 Add all ingredients to shaker except Islay Whisky
step 3 Shake ingredients firmly
step 4 Fill glass with ice
step 5 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 6 Float Islay Whisky on top of drink
step 7 Add ginger slice garnish and serve
