BarSol Mosto Verde Quebranta Pisco is an exceptional expression of this traditional Peruvian spirit, distilled from the non-fermented, or "green must," of the Quebranta grape. This unique process requires significantly more grapes than standard pisco, resulting in a richer, fuller-bodied spirit with remarkable complexity. Crafted in the Ica Valley, this pisco is single-distilled in copper pot stills to preserve the delicate aromatics and flavors. It presents a velvety mouthfeel and a profile bursting with inviting notes of dried fruit, nuts, honey, and a hint of dark chocolate, culminating in a long, smooth finish. Because of its intense flavor and structure, this Mosto Verde is superb for sophisticated sipping or for crafting an elevated and luxurious Pisco Sour.
