Shortcross Gin is Ireland???s most awarded gin, distilled in small batches at Rademon Estate Distillery. This classical style gin is rooted in a big juniper heart, bottled at a robust 46% ABV to fully express its complex botanicals. The spirit is meticulously crafted using key foraged botanicals, including elderflower, elderberries, wild Irish clover, and apples, which are reminiscent of the surrounding forests and gardens of the estate. This careful selection and small-batch distillation process results in a dense, verdant, and wonderfully balanced flavor profile. Expect a bright, citrusy core, delicate floral notes from the elderflower, and subtle spice, culminating in a smooth, full-flavored finish. It is often recommended to enjoy it with elderflower tonic and an orange peel garnish.
