This premium expression is a harmonious blend of Yeni Raki's original recipe, Yeni Seri, and Ala. Crafted from select grapes, this spirit undergoes an additional 30-day brewing period, which lends it a distinctly mellow and refined aroma. As an anise-flavored drink, Raki is known for its classic ritual: when water is added, it transforms into a milky-white cloud, known as the 'Lion???s Milk.' This blend offers a smooth, complex palate that is perfect for enjoying neat or, traditionally, chilled with water and ice alongside meze (appetizers).
