Crafted by Master Distiller Joanne Moore, one of the world's leading female gin distillers, this spirit is made with demineralized water from Cheshire. The unique taste profile is built upon three core botanicals: honeysuckle, chamomile, and pomelo. These ingredients create a delicate sweetness and a wonderfully fresh citrus lift that defines its elegant nature. Distilled in a single copper pot still, the gin's gentle flavor makes it exceptionally versatile. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
