Dupont Fine Calvados is a vibrant and meticulously crafted expression from Normandy, France, representing the essence of aged apple brandy. Produced from local cider apples and double-distilled in copper pot stills, this Fine Calvados is then aged in toasted oak barrels, typically for at least two years. This careful process imparts a light golden hue and a profile rich with the pure, fresh flavor of apple. Expect bright, crisp notes of green apple, blossom, and a subtle hint of vanilla and spice from the oak.
