The Duppy Share Rum is a premium, blended Caribbean rum, expertly crafted by combining three-year-old high-ester pot still rum from Jamaica with five-year-old column still rum from Barbados. This unique blend is named for the 'duppies'???the mischievous spirits believed to sneakily steal a portion of rum from the barrel during maturation, known as the "angel's share." The Duppy Share offers a bold and balanced flavor profile. Expect bright notes of tropical fruit, including mango and banana, from the Jamaican component, perfectly harmonized by the rich, warm, buttery smoothness and oak spice of the Barbadian rum. It is bottled at 40% ABV and is exceptionally versatile, making it an excellent base for elevated cocktails like a classic Daiquiri or a complex Mai Tai.
