Harvested by hand during a brief, window of blooming in mid-June, this core ingredient contributes a distinct, delicate floral elegance.
Distilled in small batches in the Cognac region of France, this gin is crafted from a base spirit of Ugni Blanc grapes, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and rounded mouthfeel. Its flavor profile harmonizes classic juniper with notes of lime, cardamom, ginger, and a light, enchanting sweetness from the vine flower.
