Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is a modern revival of the historic Rosolio category—a traditional Italian aperitivo known as "the king of liqueurs." Crafted by Giuseppe Gallo, this spirit is centered on the bright, aromatic essence of Calabrian bergamot, sourced from a protected geographic region. The bergamot is complemented by a subtle blend of Roman camomile, lavender, gentian, yellow roses, and lemon balm, which are macerated and distilled. The resulting liqueur offers a vibrant, lightly sweet, and intensely floral profile, with notes of fresh citrus zest and a hint of spice.
