Olmeca Silver Tequila is a premium unaged spirit crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional methods. It is made from 100% Blue Agave, which is hand-picked and slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens. A unique feature of its production is the use of the ancient Tahona wheel to crush the cooked agave, a process that extracts a richer, more complex juice compared to modern shredders. Double distilled in copper pot stills, this clear tequila offers a vibrant, clean, and herbaceous flavor profile. Expect bright notes of sweet cooked agave, complemented by subtle hints of lemon, lime, and a clean, peppery finish. Its purity and robust character make it an exceptional base for a high-quality Margarita or simply enjoyed chilled as a shot.
