This bottling, part of their single-farm origin series, spent three and a half years maturing in a combination of high-quality casks, reflecting the unique influence of the Lakefield farm's soil and microclimate.

The palate offers warming notes of cooked fruit, including apple crumble and stewed rhubarb, beautifully complemented by a subtle background of clove and lingering spice on the finish.
