Waterford Lakefield 1.1 Whiskey is a single malt Irish whiskey from Waterford Distillery. It has been distilled using 100% Irish barley, which is grown by six specific farms in County Wexford, and matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, and French oak casks. The result is a rich and complex whiskey with notes of vanilla, honey, orchard fruits, and a hint of spice. On the palate, there is a luscious sweetness and a creamy texture, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
