This bottling, released at 52% ABV and non-chill filtered, showcases the distinct influence of its aging environment???a subtropical island known for high humidity and coastal influence. Aged primarily in ex-bourbon barrels with a touch of ex-sherry cask maturation, this whisky offers a complex profile. Expect aromas of vanilla wafers, young pineapple, and orange zest.
