30ml Fresh Orange Juice
60ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup
Float 15ml Sweet Sherry

Hawthorn Strainer

Calories: Approximately 315 Per Serving

step 1 Fill shaker with ice
step 2 Add all ingredients to shaker except Sweet Sherry
step 3 Shake ingredients firmly
step 4 Fill glass with ice
step 5 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass and float Sweet Sherry on top
step 6 Add lemon twist and cherry garnish and serve
