Abuelo 7 Años Rum is a premium expression from Panama's Varela Hermanos distillery, aged for seven years in ex-Bourbon white oak barrels under the tropical climate. This aging process gives the rum a deep, amber color and a profile of remarkable complexity. Expect rich notes of dried fruit, molasses, vanilla, and hints of toasted nuts and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. It has a smooth, well-rounded texture that makes it perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks to appreciate its maturity and balance.
