Abuelo Añejo Rum is a distinguished expression from Varela Hermanos in Panama, aged for a minimum of five years in select white oak barrels. This careful maturation process in a tropical climate imparts a rich amber color and complex depth to the spirit. Crafted from estate-grown sugarcane molasses, it delivers a smooth, approachable profile with inviting notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spice, balanced by a subtle warmth of oak.
