Akitu Pinot Noir Blanc is a highly complex and sophisticated expression from Central Otago, crafted exclusively from 100% Block A 777 Pinot Noir. This wine presents a light straw yellow hue with a delicate rose gold tint.
The palate reveals a beautiful complexity, showcasing vibrant aromatics of pink and orange rose petals layered over ripe stone fruit, nectarine, and apricot blossom. Partial fermentation in old French oak adds a silky, cosy texture, balancing the fruit expression with subtle earthiness and a harmonic tannin base. With 13.1% alcohol, this unique white wine offers depth and structure, making it a distinctive choice to be enjoyed on its own or paired with light cuisine.
