Aman A??ejo "El Profesor" Tequila is a premium spirit born from the passion of a math professor and Tequilero. Crafted from 100% Blue Agave grown on the Madrigal family land in Nayarit, Mexico, this A??ejo is aged for 12 months in American whiskey bourbon barrels. This careful aging process results in an exceptionally smooth and refined tequila. On the nose, you'll discover a light touch of vanilla, cocoa, subtle cinnamon, and cloves. The palate offers a delicate sweetness, strong agave presence, brown sugar, vanilla, and butterscotch. It concludes with a lovely, lingering finish featuring notes of vanilla and hazelnut, offering a comforting and complex sipping experience. Enjoy it neat or over ice.
