Amrut Two Indies Rum is a unique expression crafted by the Amrut distillery in India. It artfully blends select rum from the Caribbean, primarily Barbados, Trinidad, and Guyana, with rum distilled in India from jaggery (unrefined cane sugar). This marriage of "old world" and "new world" rum creates a distinct and complex profile. The Two Indies Rum is non-age statement, focused instead on showcasing its layered flavor. On the palate, expect rich notes of tropical fruit, molasses, dark caramel, and a distinctive spicy warmth. It offers a smooth, medium-bodied experience with a satisfying, lingering finish.
