An Dúlamán Santa Ana Gin is an Armada Strength expression (57% ABV) that beautifully marries Irish maritime tradition with a unique finishing process. This gin is initially distilled with a blend of coastal botanicals, including five locally harvested seaweeds, which impart a distinctive salty, umami character. It then undergoes maturation in sweet oak casks, giving it an incredibly soft and smooth texture, despite the high proof. The nose presents fruit and sweet oak notes, while the palate delivers warming spices, peppery juniper, and juicy berry flavors from the cask, all balanced by the signature maritime salinity. This complex and intense gin is perfect for a powerful G&T or a sophisticated cocktail.
