Antinori Cervaro della Sala IGT is a pioneering Italian white wine from Umbria, celebrated for its innovative production that allows it to age beautifully over time. It is one of the first Italian whites to undergo both malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barriques. The wine is primarily made from Chardonnay, blended with a small percentage of Grechetto.
