Arran 13 Year Old Small Batch 53.2% is a superb, limited-edition single malt from the Isle of Arran Distillery, released in 2024. Crafted using traditional methods, this whisky is non-chill filtered and boasts the purity of water from the Lochranza area. This expression is full-bodied and robust, bottled at a cask strength of 53.2% ABV to retain maximum flavor. The palate is rich and honeyed, presenting an excellent balance of orchard and baking spices. Expect vibrant notes of citrus fruits and warm apple-cinnamon and ginger. The nose is inviting with dried fruits, treacle, toffee apple, and vanilla caramel. It culminates in a long, smooth finish defined by a delightful blend of Christmas spices and sweet caramels.
