Avallen presents a vibrant, refreshing profile, distinct from heavier, traditional brandies. On the nose, you'll find bright notes of fresh apple blossom, citrus, and honey. The palate delivers a smooth, clean taste of baked apples, subtle spice, and a hint of vanilla from the oak aging. It is bottled at 40% ABV with no added sugar, caramel, or artificial coloring, ensuring a pure expression of the apple spirit.
