Aviation American Gin is renowned for pioneering a balanced, less juniper-forward style, often described as a "New Western" gin. It is meticulously distilled using a proprietary maceration recipe with a precise blend of seven botanicals: cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. This unique infusion process results in an exceptionally smooth, pure medley of flavor. The palate is clean and sophisticated, offering bright hints of citrus, sweet spice, and a floral earthiness, culminating in a dry finish. Bottled at 84 proof (42% ABV), Aviation's versatile and graceful profile makes it the ideal foundation for any classic cocktail, from a bone-dry Martini to the namesake Aviation cocktail, allowing the other ingredients to truly shine.
