This refined Champagne is a blend of 51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, and 10% Meunier, with 5% Grand Cru red wine added for color and complexity. A hallmark of the House, the Chardonnay-dominant blend, combined with low dosage (6 g/L), ensures a pure and well-balanced style. Aged for an average of three years on lees, it presents a light pink, nuanced color. The nose is charming and open, offering generous notes of small red fruits and vine peach. On the palate, it is airy, expressive, voluptuous, and smooth, with a dry profile framing elegant strawberry, cherry, and red currant flavors. It is perfect from starter to dessert, pairing beautifully with light dishes like seared salmon or a red fruit tartlet.
