Babich Cowslip Valley Riesling is a classic single vineyard expression from Marlborough's Waihopai Valley. This premium New Zealand Riesling is celebrated for its purity and complex flavor profile. The nose is highly lifted, presenting beautiful aromas of orange and lime blossom, layered with subtle mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is finely focused and juicy, echoing the citrus and floral flavors alongside zesty hints of lime and apricot.
