Balcones Texas Pot Still Whisky is a true expression of Texas craftsmanship, produced entirely in Waco. This unique, award-winning spirit is distilled using a traditional pot still method from a mash bill of four carefully selected Texas grains: roasted blue corn, malted barley, wheat, and rye.
The use of distinct grains and the copper pot distillation contribute to an exceptionally rich and full-bodied flavor profile. Expect a complex journey of flavors, including notes of honeyed cornbread, creamy vanilla, and dried fruit, balanced by warm hints of spice and toasted oak. Bottled at a bold proof, this whiskey is smooth enough to enjoy neat but robust enough to shine in any premium cocktail, representing the bold spirit of the Lone Star State.
