Bareksten Botanical Gin captures the dark, wild, and breathtaking essence of Norway. This absolute flavor-fest is crafted with 26 botanicals, 19 of which are locally sourced, representing the spirit of the Norwegian wilderness.
The production process includes a full 24-hour maceration period followed by a slow, nine-hour distillation in a 600-liter still, ensuring a smooth profile and exceptional mouthfeel through increased copper contact.
Tasted neat, fresh pine notes are prominent, complemented by a lovely fruit roundness, with blueberry contributing a soft, full texture. The finish is long and intense, culminating in a burst of caraway and mentholic spice. Bareksten is a complex and dramatic gin perfect for savoring or elevating any cocktail.
