BarSol Italia Selecto Pisco is a vibrant and meticulously crafted Peruvian spirit, distilled entirely from the aromatic Italia grape variety. This expression showcases the grape's unique character through an unaged, single-distillation process in traditional copper pot stills, preserving the purest flavors. On the palate, it delivers a complex, fruit-forward profile, featuring lively notes of guava, passion fruit, melon, pineapple, and green apple, complemented by underlying sweetness from honey and golden raisin. The spirit is well-structured and notably smooth, culminating in a sophisticated, lingering finish. This Pisco is highly regarded for its purity and aromatic intensity, making it the perfect base for an authentic Pisco Sour or Pisco Punch.
