BarSol Mosto Verde Torontel Pisco is an elegant and complex Peruvian spirit crafted by distilling the "semi-fermented green must" of the Torontel grape. This unique 'Mosto Verde' process halts fermentation early, leaving residual sugars and requiring significantly more grapes, resulting in an enhanced aroma and a remarkably rich, smooth texture. Bottled at 41.8% ABV, this pisco presents a heady and floral nose, often described with wild flowers and bright citrus blossom and peel. The palate delivers those floral notes alongside hints of anise and cinnamon, culminating in a soft, refined, and elegant finish with lingering spice.
