BarSol Primero Quebranta Pisco is an exceptional single-varietal spirit crafted in Peru's Ica Valley from 100% Quebranta grapes. This Pisco Puro is distilled only once in small batches using traditional copper pot stills and is bottled to proof without water or aging, ensuring an unadulterated expression of the grape's character.
The result is a robust, full-bodied spirit with subtle, elegant aromas. Tasting notes include ripe pear, red apple, and delicate citrus, balanced by hints of toasted nuts, sweet cream, and dark chocolate.
