Basic Instinct Pet’ Nat’ Blanc is the most authentic expression from Villa Noria's vineyard in France, crafted with 100% natural methods. "Pet' Nat'," short for *Pétillant Naturel*, signifies that this sparkling wine undergoes its natural fermentation directly in the bottle, without any subsequent disgorging or filtration. This natural process means the wine is made without the addition of sulfites or commercial yeasts. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel, it is airy and lively on the palate. Expect a fresh nose of white fruits and vibrant citrus, leading to bubbles of great finesse. The finish is long and distinctly mineral, offering a truly pure and refreshing taste of natural French sparkling wine. (86 words)
