Belle de Brillet Liqueur is an exquisite French spirit that masterfully marries the vibrant flavor of Williams pears with the finesse of aged Cognac. This sophisticated digestif originates from the Brillet family's estate, where they oversee every step of production, from cultivating the pears to distilling the Cognac.
Each bottle is crafted using approximately twenty pounds of whole, freshly harvested Williams pears, which are macerated in the Brillet Cognac before distillation. The resulting liqueur offers a rich, velvety texture and a complex flavor profile, balancing the sweet, juicy essence of pear with warm, nuanced notes of vanilla, spice, and toasted oak from the Cognac aging.
