Bepi Tosolini Agricola Grappa is an exemplary expression of Italian distillation tradition, produced by the acclaimed Tosolini family in Friuli. This single-variety grappa is crafted exclusively from the fresh pomace of select Friulian grapes, ensuring purity and aromatic intensity. Unlike industrial methods, Agricola is slowly distilled in traditional copper stills, followed by a careful resting period in stainless steel tanks to maintain the vibrant, clean character of the source material.
This grappa showcases a wonderfully aromatic profile with notes of white flowers, honey, and subtle grape essence.
