Bepi Tosolini di Chardonnay Grappa is an exquisite single-varietal spirit crafted from the fresh pomace of Chardonnay grapes harvested in Friuli, Italy. Tosolini uses a traditional, discontinuous distillation process in copper pot stills, immediately following the harvest, to preserve the delicate, aromatic profile of the Chardonnay grape skins. This meticulous approach results in a grappa of exceptional purity and elegance.
The spirit is rested for six months in stainless steel to allow the flavors to harmonize before bottling. It presents a crystal-clear appearance and delicate bouquet, rich with floral notes, green apple, and a hint of fresh bread. On the palate, it is remarkably soft and smooth, with a long, clean finish that showcases the spirit's intensity and finesse. This fine grappa is best savored neat and slightly chilled as an elegant post-meal digestif.
