Bepi Tosolini di Merlot Grappa is a fine example of traditional Italian spirit production, crafted from fresh pomace (skins and seeds) of Merlot grapes. Distilled using the artisanal method of traditional steam boilers, this grappa maintains the distinct, elegant characteristics of the Merlot varietal. It is bottled at 40% ABV, delivering a smooth yet aromatic profile.
On the nose, expect subtle notes of red fruit and a hint of fresh earth, characteristic of the Merlot grape. The palate is clean, warm, and remarkably soft, with a sophisticated balance that showcases the quality of the raw material and the mastery of the Tosolini distillery. This grappa is traditionally enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tulip glass to fully appreciate its complex aromas and refined finish.
