Blackwell Fine Rum is a premium Jamaican dark rum, crafted by Chris Blackwell, the founder of Island Records. Inspired by his family's historic recipe from the Llandovery distillery, this spirit embodies the vibrant spirit and rich heritage of the island. It is pot-distilled using local sugarcane molasses, resulting in a smooth, medium-bodied rum.
Aged in American oak barrels, the rum achieves a deep amber color and a profile rich with notes of dark caramel, toasted coconut, exotic spice, and a hint of coffee.
