Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin is a distinctive spirit that masterfully bridges the gap between traditional Dutch Jenever and classic London Dry Gin styles. Distilled in Schiedam, Holland, the recipe is a tribute to founder Jacobus "Bobby" Alfons, incorporating both Indonesian botanicals—such as Indonesian clove, lemongrass, and cubeb pepper—and traditional European gin ingredients, including juniper and rose hips.
This unique combination results in a complex, yet beautifully balanced flavor profile. The gin opens with a warm, spicy nose leading to a palate that balances bright citrus and floral notes with a warm, peppery finish. The spirit is bottled at a bold 42% ABV and is crafted using the finest natural ingredients without added sugar, artificial flavors, or coloring.
