This classic spirit is meticulously crafted with a complex blend of botanicals, most notably caraway, which imparts a smooth and aromatic flavor profile. Following distillation, Bommerlunder rests for six months in old, selected oak barrels, a crucial step that contributes to its renowned smoothness and depth of flavor. This careful aging process ensures a balanced taste featuring a light caraway note and a subtle anise accent.
