Domaine Boutinot Argiles Blanches Cairanne Blanc is a rich, textural, and refined white wine from the Southern Rhône, crafted from a blend predominantly of Grenache Blanc (70%), Roussanne (20%), and Clairette (10%).
Aged in barrel for six months, this oak-aged expression showcases the complexity afforded by the prestigious Cairanne appellation. The nose is inviting, featuring fresh aromas of fruit and flowers mingling with spicy and subtle smoky notes from the barrel aging. On the palate, it delivers a plump, fresh, and mineral profile with generous flavors of citrus, butter, and spice. This versatile wine is excellent on its own or paired with richer poultry and fish dishes, and features a refined, lingering finish.
