Boutinot La Côte Sauvage Cairanne is a distinguished red wine from the Southern Rhône Valley, produced from grapes grown in the newly elevated Cairanne appellation. This wine showcases the classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, cultivated on the region’s signature stony, sun-drenched terroir, resulting in exceptional depth and concentration.
On the palate, it delivers a powerful yet elegant profile, bursting with intense dark fruit flavors—blackberry and plum—complemented by notes of wild herbs, black pepper, and a subtle hint of garrigue. Aged primarily in concrete vats and large oak barrels, the wine maintains its vibrant fruit while developing a refined structure and smooth tannins.
